There is no additional charge if you download your e-PAN within 30 days of issuing the PAN card. At the same time, if you download the e-PAN after 30 days of issuing the PAN card, you will have to pay Rs.8.26 / – (inclusive of taxes).

Follow these steps to download e-PAN from the UTIITSL portal:

STEP 1: First of all, go to UTIITSL’s e-PAN downloading portal by clicking on “Go to Site“.

STEP 2: Fill in the required information like PAN number, date of birth, GSTIN (optional), and security code and click on the submit button.

STEP 3: Then check if the mobile number and email ID mentioned in the PAN is correct and enter the security code and tick the declaration and click on Get OTP.

STEP 4: Enter OTP and click “Submit“, if the PAN issuance period is more than one month, you will have to pay Rs.8.26 / – (inclusive of taxes). If the process is successful, the user can download the e-PAN online.

Note- The PDF file so downloaded would be password-protected, and the password of the same would be Date of Birth /Date of Formation in DDMMYYYY format.
